According to Nabiullina, the Central Bank will impose restrictions on depositing funds into the digital ruble crypto wallet. According to her, the amount will be limited to 300,000 rubles per month. At the same time, the regulator will make transfers with a digital ruble absolutely free.
However, the absence of a commission will affect only individuals. For legal entities, interest will be accrued for conducting transactions using the digital ruble. At the moment, their size is unknown. At the same time, the head of the regulator noted that it will be the same as in the system of fast payments or lower, but not higher.
According to experts, such a decision with legal entities is nonsense, since there is no demand for the use of the digital ruble yet.
Recall that the Central Bank recently issued questions and answers regarding the virtual currency. In particular, he dispelled the myths about the digital ruble. We also note that the system was going to be launched on the first of April. However, according to the regulator, this has become impossible, since the necessary regulatory framework has not yet been adopted. The law passed only the first reading.
