Former SEC Lawyer is Biased — Mark Cuban

The billionaire decided to start arguing with the ex-lawyer of the securities department. It's about John Reed Stark. At the same time, he said that the agency sends digital assets under the car.

What's the argument between Kuban and Stark

The day before yesterday, Stark made a post in which he mentioned the trial between Binance and the SEC office. He drew conclusions by studying the transcript of the meeting.

The lawyer supported the department. He reported a regulatory failure in the crypto industry. The specialist also believes that thanks to the court, "intruders" will be eliminated, as well as transparency will increase.

The billionaire Cuban reacted to this. He said that the lawyer completely misunderstood the words of the judge. At the same time, the head of the department is completely sabotaging the entire crypto market.

It should be noted that the judge during the sessions said that such complex issues of the legal and financial plan should be solved through regulation or the creation of new rules, and not through court proceedings. The judge also added that she does not lead the executive branch.

According to Stark, such crypto companies should be perceived as large enterprises. However, Cuban argued with this, pointing out that startups often make small teams. At the same time, they do not have their own lawyer.
