It will be possible to divide funds on an electronic wallet between spouses. It can also be included in a will to relatives. The government will coordinate with the Central Bank the rules for drawing up a document that will relate to electronic means.
The head of the State Duma Committee on State Construction, P. Krasheninnikov, said that they recognize electronic currency as the object and subject of the contract. He also noted that virtual currency can act as an object of family or common property, as well as be the subject of inheritance.
This law is only part of the regulatory legal acts that will be aimed at regulating electronic currency. Recall that the Central Bank plans to conduct testing in 11 cities of Russia.
