He added that the budget funds can be used purposefully for those programs for which they were allocated. The situation is similar with commercial organizations. The firm can send funds to the company to receive goods or order certain services. Assets can be used exclusively for these purposes.
The Central Bank of the Russian Federation will be responsible for the security of the digital national currency. Additionally, there will be cooperation with Rosfinmonitoring and the FSB. This will help to track unseemly operations.
Recall that on the 11th the State Duma fully adopted the law on the integration of the digital ruble. The law immediately passed the II and III readings. Its main provisions will come into force as early as next month.
